There have been a number of petty crimes in our villages recently.  Just to remind you our local community police officers are:

Bricklehampton - PC Stuart Toms and CSO Simon Hall
The contact number for the police (non-emergency) is 0300 333 3000

Dog Fouling
Not clearing up dog mess can result in large fines for owners.  For information on dog fouling, fines for not clearing dog mess and how to report offenders click here.

Tree Cutting & Felling
There has been some concern expressed recently about tree cutting and felling.  If the tree is in a conservation area and is more than 7.5 cm in diameter measured 1 m from the ground, all proposed works to the tree MUST be notified to Wychavon District Council.  They will then have six weeks to decide whether to serve a tree preservation order on the tree in question.
For more information about Protected Trees and those within a Conservation Area (including the notification form) click here.

Just the main part of Elmley Castle village is within a conservation area.  Bricklehampton and Netherton are not within a conservation area.  To find out if your property is in a conservation area
