Following a site visit to Oaklands Fruit Farm the Parish Council wishes to make the following points. The prime concerns with regard to this application are sewage & the monitoring of reed beds, access & traffic speeds, all issues raised by neighbours. The Parish Council would expect experts from the relevant authorities WDC, Highways & the Environment Agency to take control & bring a satisfactory resolution to all the issues raised prior to approval being given. The Parish Council also hopes that no further retrospective planning applications will be received.
